How this fits

After docking scores are parsed and ranked, 5_BuidlHTMLViz.py or 5_COMPACTED_SDF_HTML.py can package the top hits into a portable HTML result bundle.

  1. Generate docking scores with the existing workflow.
  2. Run the HTML visualization builder on the sorted CSV.
  3. Drop the project folder, upload its ZIP, or open the manifest from an existing server workspace.
