How this fits

After docking scores are parsed and ranked, `5_BuidlHTMLViz.py` can package the top hits into a portable HTML result bundle.

  1. Generate docking scores with the existing workflow.
  2. Run `5_BuidlHTMLViz.py` on the sorted CSV.
  3. Open the generated manifest here to browse the project in-app.
